Abel and Joanna met through Joanna's brother, who works with Abel. They were friends with each other for a few years before they started dating.
Their love for each other shows in their selflessness and generosity that they show not only for each other, but also for their friends. Abel displayed selflessness by serving others cake and tacos throughout the night, and Joanna was very gracious by spending a lot of time interacting with the guests. They did some of the set-up all by themselves when the original decoration plans fell through, never once complaining about setting up lots of balloons and other decor.
Abel and Joanna definitely know how to throw a party, hiring a very-popular mechanical bull, serving some of the best tacos I've ever had, and spending most of the night on the dance floor, getting others to get down.
I hit a number of milestones shooting this wedding. It was my first experience shooting a wedding by myself, it was my first two-location wedding, first Spanish-speaking wedding, first rainy wedding, longest I've ever driven to shoot a wedding, and longest time period I've ever had to cover.
